- Ski or snowboard equipment will be rented out only upon presentation of a valid ID card and a phone contact.
- Rental fees will be charged according to the displayed price list.
- The customer must return the rented equipment in its original condition. In case of damage caused intentionally or through negligence, the customer must pay for the damage. In case of loss, theft or total destruction, the customer must pay the value of the rented items according to the price list.
- If the rental period is exceeded, an extension fee will be charged according to the rental rate.

- The rental fee (as per the price list) is paid in advance when collecting the equipment. We do not charge a refundable deposit.
